At Nafsio, we respect your right to control your personal information and your decision to discontinue using our services. If you wish to permanently delete your Nafsio account and associated personal information, you may submit an account deletion request through any of the methods listed below.
Important Notice
Account deletion is generally permanent and may not be reversible once completed. Before requesting deletion, please ensure that you have saved any information you wish to retain (e.g., journal entries or personal reflections).
How to Request Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account by:
Option 1: Contact Support

Option 2: In-App Support
You may also contact our support team directly through the support features available within the Nafsio application and request account deletion.
Verification Process
For your security and privacy, Nafsio may require verification of account ownership before processing a deletion request. Verification may include confirming:
- Registered email address
- Account ownership
- Identity-related information necessary to protect against unauthorized deletion requests
This process helps ensure that no account is deleted without the rightful owner's authorization.
What Happens After Your Request
Once your deletion request has been received and successfully verified:
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
- Access to your account may be restricted during the deletion process.
- Personal information associated with your account will be removed or anonymized where reasonably possible.
- Your profile will no longer be visible within the platform.
- Active subscriptions, bookings, or services may be cancelled where applicable.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days after successful verification. Additional time may be required due to legal obligations, fraud prevention measures, ongoing disputes, or technical limitations.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws and regulations, financial recordkeeping obligations, fraud prevention purposes, security investigations, enforcement of legal rights, or resolution of disputes. Such retained information will only be kept for legitimate and lawful purposes.
Community Content
Content that has been publicly shared within communities, discussions, comments, or other public areas of the platform may remain visible after account deletion where removal would affect the integrity of community discussions or where retention is legally required. However, Nafsio may remove or anonymize identifying information associated with such content whenever reasonably possible.
Session and Transaction Records
Records related to completed bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, or transactions may be retained for legal, accounting, auditing, and compliance purposes as required by applicable laws.
