Introduction

At Nafsio, we strive to ensure that all transactions are processed fairly and transparently. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and subscription adjustments are handled.

Session Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund.

Disputed Charges

If you believe there was an error in billing, please contact our support team immediately.

Session Bookings

When you book a session with an independent professional through Nafsio, the specific cancellation and refund window depends on the professional's individual policy. However, as a general platform standard, a full refund is granted if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are typically non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees for premium educational content or tools are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and applied automatically to the original method of payment.
